I see you

This is for all the men.

You deserve to be seen as you are.

It’s not about repeating “it’s okay not to be okay”. It’s not even about urging you to speak up, or figure out the problem and fix it.

It’s about reassuring you that you can be seen as you are without anyone flinching, running or judging. Please know there are already people doing this and you can be safe.

And for now I hope you can feel seen in my words.

Underneath the tough exterior, I see a little boy who is lost but loving. A boy with a pure and big heart but too scared to show it.

A heart full of depth and care, buried under expectations.

A laugh so genuine and light hearted. Playful. Not taking life too seriously. But now silenced from holding it together for too long.

A boy who wants to love and be loved. Genuinely. Fiercely. Wholeheartedly. He isn’t cold like the world labels him. He is scared.

Scars raw from the hurt and disappointment. From giving too much. Trusting too much. Caring too much. In places that couldn’t hold that much depth. In places where it wasn’t deserved.

I see you.

I also see a courageous man. One who is trying to fight in a world that demands conformity. Someone who fights for those he loves whether in quiet ways or loud ways.

I see you.

A man who feels lost but keeps trying. Trying every single day. Even if it is not perfect. Showing up with drive, passion and integrity. Carrying responsibilities he never asked for yet refusing to give up.

I see you.

A man who wants to ease the pain of others because he knows what pain feels like.

A gentle and soft soul beneath the weight of the pressure.

It’s time we finally saw him.
